“It was easy and pleasurable ordering from firework crazy... I ordered on line and there was a great little video explaining all the fireworks individualy and then see them being used via utube....i liked being able to order on line then paying cash on collection...when i collected my order the staff were very helpful and knowledgable, i was only in the shop for ten minutes, which was great and they also threw in a couple of items for free....as for the fireworks there self,i had the cat. 2 garden party pack and for the limited space we had they was fantastic,from the little stars and fab 9's right up to the bigger cakes they were amazing..i especially liked the jorge wenus and pluton and also the marvel and seatle senation. all in all a great package for everyone at a great price...i would definetaly reccommend firework crazy to all my family and friends it was a pleasurable experiance from start to finish and cant wait to use them again in the future...thank you.”

“Excellent fireworks, really good value for money. Selection well put together to give a variety of effects. Really well packaged for delivery. My only minor gripe was that the portfire lighters did not last long enough to light all the fireworks.”

“The one thing fireworks crazy can do is upload videos of all new fireworks at the time of going on sale on the website. I would have ordered more if I had seen what effect they had. Also, there could be more firework packages with a variety of types(rockets, mines, fountains, Roman candle, Catherine wheels etc.) rather than just packages with cakes only. I found the website very easy to navigate and firework information useful, placing orders was simple. The fireworks were reiceved in great condition having been packed in strong boxes and during my display everything worked perfectly. Lastly, this year was the third year in a row that I have ordered from fireworks crazy and would highly recommend this company to others.”

“Hi I ordered the £999 pack.This arrived well packaged and with good instructions on how to lay out the fireworks and lighting times. The display was well received. I think the one area for improvement would be the inclusion of some rockets within this pack. Next year I will make the effort to collect the fireworks and receive the extra free rockets. All in all very good value for money and I will be ordering again next year.”

“Desperately bad. My order was for £86. They cancelled it themselves. Got a paypal refund with under 100 written on the refund and that was it, rubbish service. Hideous money grabbers. The fireworks were supposed to be for my autistic daughter, and my dying father we chose them together. I don't have much money obviously. I gave my job and home up to look after them, so your fireworks seemed the best. How mistaken was I. So no unless you're loaded and willing to spend £100 at least and pay £30 delivery on top of that I wouldn't bother.”

“Fireworks I brought was good however rockets wasn't the best and when I ordered fireworks at check out it said any special notes so put need fireworks delivered on 2 November or 4 latest well you didn't read it and sent them 28 October had to take a day off and lost a days pay to wait for order please read customers note as you put it there for us to us thanks”

“I was very pleased with the firework selection however, the rockets included were a massive let-down! In the selection were 9 rockets with 8 out of the 9 rockets being of a poor quality with just a meagre puff! Not what you expect a rocket to be! Please could you investigate further to see if any other customer has complained about this type of rocket? For your information we may consider purchasing more for this Xmas time. Thank you for your soonest advice.”

“no problems or improvements needed, have never ordered fireworks on line before, most helpful and guided me thru the process, love the little video snips. kept me informed all the way with the delivery, they arrived safe and well packed. will definitely be re-ordering for the future and passing onto all my friends. we own a small caravan park so will pass onto other caravan park owners.”

“I'm a Firework Crazy regular. I order for a village bonfire night and I appreciate the videos and performance data on the website which make it easy to develop a display programme. Each year people tell me about places where I could get fireworks at warehouse prices, but I'm never tempted because I wouldn't know what I was getting. My only disappointment this year was that the 2 fireworks we used as last year's finale (Shogun Panda & Triumph) weren't available. I'm hoping they may be brought back next year.”

“The service I received was excellent and the fireworks were superb, the only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was some damage to some rockets during shipping which could have been avoided with better packing.”
