“The fireworks were very good except the big cake/barrage, I had 3 big cakes and all 3 stoped working half way through which was a shame as they were not cheap all the smaller ones worked fine and overall was ok. Also other companies I have used in the past have supplied the tapers so you can light the fireworks safely I did not get any with firework crazy.”

“I would certainly recommend to others - I was very impressed by the level of customer service that I received, to the extent of getting a call rather than an email when there might've been a delay with my order. I couldn't see if Saturday or evening delivery was an option - that is definitely an area where I find most suppliers haven't been quick enough on the uptake to realise that in today's society daytime delivery can be an issue. I am certainly always happy to pay for a more flexible delivery slot.”

“What a great display this box provides. Single fuse, last about 90 seconds and really looks good. Very impressed and will definitely get one for the New Year.”

“good website - nice to have the videos of the fireworks. very good range of garden fireworks - although it would be an even better website if you could select the garden fireworks with the 3-5 metre range and not include the 8m range in the same list. Downside is the expensive shipping costs - expensive even though shipping fireworks means extra courier costs.”

“Bought from Firework Crazy for the second time this year and in my opinion they are the best firework company in th UK hands down. Their demo night was awesome as are their products and customer service. I had a couple of queries regarding my order and these were answered quickly. These guys really know their stuff! I will use them again and would recommend them to everyone.”

“Should be called "firework very sensible". The staff are very passionate about pyro. This showed when I decided to pick up my fireworks from the shop. They were very busy yet they still found time to make me a cup of tea (really appreciated guys, I was gasping after being stuck in traffic!) and chat about the pros and cons of electronic ignition and which cakes gave the biggest bang. The free "King" rocket was great and the only minor problem was that the "sharpshooter" roman candles that I was given were really pants. Can't complain though as they cost me nowt. The fireworks were excellent value for money. With the electronic ignition to keep up the pace (and safety) of the display we had two hundred very happy (and slightly deafened) guests. Thanks again to *** and the team. November wouldn't be the same without you. See you in a couple of months. Now where did I put my New Years party invite list... *** (London) (no not the one in the shop!)”

“Contact via email was easy with quick responses, telephone contact was the same and never felt i was sold to just given answers to what i was asking, once my order was placed emails received ref delivery and tracking were spot on , i will find it hard to recommend fireworks crazy as i am constantly asked where i got them from and when i show them the website and the ability to view trailers of them they are amazed then i get other people i haven't told asking me for the web address because there friends told them about it, i saved my spare change in a jar all year to then buy the fireworks now Im saving a set amount each month so that i can order even more next year, the best comment i received was the town had 2 displays this year, thankyou fireworks crazy for supplying with the best fireworks I've ever had”
