“Never been disappointed by Firework Crazy, the choice is mind boggling (would have loved to order 1 of everything!) and the prices are VERY competitive. Our annual Bonfire night BBQ/Firework display is always spectacular and I would not hesitate to recommend Firework Crazy as the first place to check out for all firework requirements.”

“this was the third time I have used firework crazy and always thought highly of them. this time I had a item missing and another firework was not what I requested. I mailed them and got an immediate reply apologising and blaming 'new guys in the packing shed' . I was told I would get a credit ,and although I got back to them ,I have heard nothing since ,hence the 3 star rating this time.”

“Website is great with competitive prices and videos of most items. Order process was smooth and error free. Customer Support has been great. Historically any errors have been put right and promises honoured. Delivery has always been in good time for promised dates. In short excellent all round. Only minor suggestion to improve is to allow more notice and flexibility for delivery as this is typically 1 days notice. However arrangements can be made if out for an alternative place to leave so even that is not a big deal.”

“Having purchased the same product previously from another supplier I know that it is of excellent quality and doesn't disappoint. That said, Firework Crazy sell it at a more competitive price and their communication and service are second to none. Other companies had accepted my order and then advised that they couldn't deliver, Firework Crazy delivered on the date that they advised and the courier phoned to give a time slot which hecthen met. Fantastic service, great prices...there's no need to look anywhere else.”

“We use fireworkcrazy every year and the service is excellent, would jave given five stars but 2 years ago we received somw incorrect fireworks. However it was dealt with fantasically by the team. I would recommend firwork crazy to all of my friends.”
