“Have dealt wit FC for several yaears without any problem. Last order had a glitche that was resolved by calling FC - no recorded message, just human on end of phone who sorted it out. What more could you ask for?”

“I found the ideal pack of fireworks on the website, but it wasn't in stock. I phoned up and spoke to *** who was incredibly helpful and advised me to place an order for *** special. It arrived promptly and well packaged - genuine next day delivery was hard to find among suppliers. The pack of fireworks was fantastic, good value ... it finished off my son's birthday perfectly! Thanks to all the team - we will definitely buy from you again.”

“These people are brilliant! I have used them over the last five years. I now do not look anywhere else. The web site gives videos and times for each firework that are really accurate. Their service is lightening fast. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. Why would you go anywhere else? I'll be back again.”

“Great videos of fireworks really helps to choose. Ordered my fireworks unfortunately not all were available, I received a personal call explaining what was available and then confirmed the order which I received quickly. Upon receipt one rocket was damaged I took photos and informed supplier, they responded quickly and offered a refund for the item, thank you. It did leave me one short for the fireworks event. A little communication and I would have ordered more to make up for the shortfall. Highly recommend to all more communication from customer services and I would have purchased more. Will leave feedback after 5th November I'm sure the fireworks are going to be awesome!”

“Have used Fireworks Crazy many times and they are always reliable. Prices are very reasonable and goods always arrive in plenty of time for the display. The fact that each firework has a video on the website means that you can properly plan a display, know exactly how each firework will perform.”
