“Fireworks were ordered too late to arrive in time, but will come in handy for the next occasion. Was given the option to cancel the order but chose not to, living in the highlands we expect these kinds of delays so am happy with level of customer service. Hope the big rockets are equally impressive, I'm sure they will be.”

“Really easy to use website, no hassle at all, fast delivery. I cannot fault Firework Crazy at all. I found FC through the UKFE website and they are my choice supplier. I have also told friends and family that FC are the people to buy pyro from.”

“quality of product was amazing, product arrived in secure packaging, disappointed however on the delivery i mentioned in the note to have it delivered before the 12th of may and i ordered them 5 days before this date with the added option of next day delivery. unfortunately they did not arrive the next day as they assumed there was no real urgency in sending them out even though i selected next day delivery”

“Enjoyed the fireworks so much this is our 2nd purchase. The fireworks arrived on time and everything was as what it was described on their website, the children loved the displays and we found that our purchases where value for money>”

“We had a single ignition box for a birthday party and it was a spectacular display :) Can't fault Firework Crazy as a company, customer service was great and everything we needed to know regarding safety was there on the website. Even when I ordered at short notice the order was processed quickly and delivered in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent service. A bit more information as to identifying the ignition taper and not to remove cover inside the box would have been hekpful. However, we worked it all out in the end and the resultant display was much appreciated by everyone.”
