“The videos showed an accurate view of the fireworks and ******** provided excellent communication by calling me with display advice and texting once the order was dispatched. When they arrived they were expertly packed and the display was a huge success. Thanks so much to all involved.”

“the support I got was very friendly and informative and knew the answers to my questions which is great the only thing I would recommend is using a courier that has tracking of parcels so that the customers can make sure they are there to receive the product and avoid anymore charges for re-deliveries that's all I would improve on everything else has been 5*****'s all round.......”

“Fireworks were excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. My only one criticism would be that I think they said the display would take more than 30 minutes, however it took only 6 minutes. I appreciate that that is because I overlapped the individual fireworks to create a more fluent display, but may be more realistic to say the display can be from 5mins to 30+mins depending on light rate. That said, I will definitely buy from here again as the actual fireworks are great.”

“The website was fine and the vendor contacted me due to a perceived mismatch in the order. Nice to see a human in the loop performing sanity checking. The fireworks themselves were great - real "shock and awe" stuff. Delivery was prompt although the courier "Night Freight" managed not to find our house at the first attempt”

“Fireworks were ordered too late to arrive in time, but will come in handy for the next occasion. Was given the option to cancel the order but chose not to, living in the highlands we expect these kinds of delays so am happy with level of customer service. Hope the big rockets are equally impressive, I'm sure they will be.”

“Really easy to use website, no hassle at all, fast delivery. I cannot fault Firework Crazy at all. I found FC through the UKFE website and they are my choice supplier. I have also told friends and family that FC are the people to buy pyro from.”
