Happy with ordering and speed of delivery but not so good on customer follow up regarding an issue. Complained that the most expensive firework of the order was a dud (some are expected on cheap small fireworks but not ones costing £65!) but had no reply to even acknowledge the complaint. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth for placing future orders.
