I had to postpone our visit to an exhibition and my request was dealt with efficiently and positively. I'm able to re-book at a later date, within 60 days, excellent service, thank you.

Excellent services when speaking on phone and in response to email communication. My issues was refund on ticket. This was dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. Very happy with the service I received.

The show I booked for was cancelled. I got in touch with the Customer Service and I received a 5 * treatment. They answered promptly and solved the issue at the earliest opportunity.

Very quick to sort out the ticket issue. Communication was very clear and fast. They had a solution which made it very easy to swap the ticket times and not miss out on a brilliant event.

I needed the postpone my tickets as i am unwell. The team were extremely helpful and efficient and awarded me a voucher for the total price of the tickets to enable me to rebook ( the voucher lasts 60 days ) Thank-you. We look forward to enjoying the candlelit concert when i have recovered from a flu like illness x

I went to 'view' a ticket, but money ended up leaving my account without my authorisation. Elisa helped with my enquiry. All sorted. Good customer service!

I had to cancel my tickets and re-arrange for another date, there was some mix up at the checkout and I ended up paying twice. I wrote to customer service at Fever and the issue was resolved with a full refund of the second payment within the hour. I was so pleased with the service that was provided.
