FEVER, you are simply the best I had to change the date of my tickets due to illness. It was so easy to get in touch with customer service, who promptly resolved my issue. I find the prices of the experiences very reasonably and the availability of shows are excellent. Outstanding service, thank you

Got a quick reply and a speedy refund hopefully I need to wait 10 days. After a little to a fro all day.... Sadly my concert got canceled and I was not able to re purchase new tickets because it had already sold out for the new dates!!! . Such a shame I was so looking forward to it. I should have been allocated two new tickets as I had already paid in full for the experience. It should not have been put up to the general public until the original customers had been allocated new seats on the new date and time. I would not recommend fever as a result I very disappointed. They did originally want to give me a voucher to be redeemed within 9 months but I declined.

I am disable and emailed them re a ticket for my carer. Fever has been very prompt in replying to my email and even directed me on how to use my voucher code. They have been very helpful and made my experience easy to navigate.
