I inadvertently booked tickets twice for the same event. I contacted fever and received an immediate acknowledgment saying that it would be dealt with. Not long afterwards a second email arrived stating that my account would be refunded. First class customer service.

I see I’m not the only one who managed to book the wrong date for an event. I too was sent a voucher to rebook for my intended date and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Great service.

We inadvertently booked the wrong time for the exhibition and needed to alter it. Fever replied promptly to us and provided us with a voucher which we could use to change the booking time so it was all resolved happily.

I had to amend a ticket booking and the Fever assistants responded quickly with clear instructions. I received a voucher to re-use for the full amount.

I didn’t realise I could get add ons for the concert I will be attending so I contacted the team and they responded so quickly!! They offered me a voucher exchange so I could repurchase my ticket with my add on. Thank you !!

I am very pleased with the help that was provided to me when I couldn't come to the concert. Not only did I not lose any money, I received a voucher to use for a month so that I could still enjoy this moment and go to another premier concert at a different date. I will definitely go to the concerts more often. because it's worth it. Fever service handled it very professionally and I will recommend you to others in the future

I booked a highly anticipated candle light event for my wife’s birthday. Sadly she had to travel back to Japan to support her injured mother for a month therefore we would have missed the event. The Fever customer service team was super supportive and helpful and gone beyond my expectation with their assistance. Thank you very much, can’t wait to actually attend an event!
