Customer service here is great which sadly is quite rare nowadays. I am feeling unwell and am unable to attend the event I was looking forward to. I contacted Fever earlier on today and they gave me an exchange voucher to go on a different day. Thanks a lot and continue the great service.

I have booked and event but could not attend, but fever gave me credit to my account so I can chose something else in the future. Resolving this took only few emails and they are very understanding and proactive. Will use fever for future events for sure
