“I applied for a loan today and still haven’t got the money yet”

Hi Nicole In some rare instances, banks have to undergo additional security checks when sending money. I can confirm this is what happened in your case. “I got accepted for a loan a this morning and said funds should be with me, however 5 hours later and I still haven’t received monies”

Hi Matthew, we are sorry that you had a delayed payment. I have just taken a look through the logs and the funds took just under 2 hours to clear. Sometimes during busy periods, Faster Payments can take a little longer due to increased security checks from your bank's side. This month so far, 90% of loan payouts have been under 10 minutes. “Applied 4 hours ago now still not heard anything back, a little worried about the trust pilot reviews now and wondering whether im going to get inundated with spam.”

Hi Donna, I can see that your loan has now been arranged. We apologize that it took so long to get back to you. Sometimes we have to manually review applications, and during busy periods this can take a little longer.

“I took out a loan yesterday for 200 . The money is not in my bank yet and but I still have repayment dates . The number to call does not work and I have sent a e mail and no reply. What is going on with this service.”

Hi Robert, We are sorry it took a few hours for the funds to reach you. In rare instances, Faster payment loan payouts can bounce back. When this happens we have to manually release funds and it can take a few hours for them to clear. This is what happened in your case. We also apologise for the communication breakdown. Our Customer Care Managers are currently working remotely and our phone lines are not always manned after office hours. “I am trying to arrange to pay my loan back in full. The phone number on the website doesn’t work and the email bounced back. There’s an option to bank transfer the remaining balance over but I would like some sort of confirmation. I have had to write here as I have no other way to contact.”

We also provided you with our email address and reference you would need to incase you ever needed to speak with us. “Made an application which was pre approved, I understand this may not be 100% approved but to not get an email, call or text if very poor form. Its hard going through financial hardship and applying for such loans so a little bit more care would be nice. I only assume I am not successful as I have not been given any indication. Not great when you took a pay slip off me”

Sometimes these emails fall straight into your junk folder, so I'm sorry if this was the case. I can also see that a text message was sent to you but sometimes these can get delayed or stuck in a queue. “Be careful because this company steals customer data and later sells other data to other companies without permission, No one ever answers emails they don't have a phone number to call!!!”

Hi Seery, we're very sorry that you have had a bad experience with us. I just wanted to make you aware that we do not steal customer data or sell on your data. All our processes are in-line with GDPR guidelines. In instances where loan applications are unsuccessful, we do give customers the option to be considered by other lenders on what's known as a Pingtree. This therefore give other lenders the opportunity to offer you a loan with your permission. At the point where we redirect you this is clearly pointed out, and you would have to accept the terms and conditions before proceeding.

“Applied and uploaded my details Amd wageslip with no reply at all. Been trying call and email with no reply. Who has my details. And what’s going on. This is a joke!!!”

In cases where a manual decision needs to be made by our underwriter it can take a few hours. We do inform applicants of this. We have now given you our decision and we hope you managed to secure the borrowing you wanted elsewhere.

“Applied today at 16:30, uploaded wage slip and was advised that I had been provisionally accepted and would receive a phone call. It states online to expect a call within 10 minutes. I have had no phone call, email or text message. There is nothing ‘fast’ about this loan and now I am worried as I had uploaded a wage slip with all of my details on. The contact number online for this company also goes unanswered so unable to contact them unless via email. Disappointing.”
