“I took out a loan yesterday for 200 . The money is not in my bank yet and but I still have repayment dates . The number to call does not work and I have sent a e mail and no reply. What is going on with this service.”

Hi Robert, We are sorry it took a few hours for the funds to reach you. In rare instances, Faster payment loan payouts can bounce back. When this happens we have to manually release funds and it can take a few hours for them to clear. This is what happened in your case. We also apologise for the communication breakdown. Our Customer Care Managers are currently working remotely and our phone lines are not always manned after office hours. “I am trying to arrange to pay my loan back in full. The phone number on the website doesn’t work and the email bounced back. There’s an option to bank transfer the remaining balance over but I would like some sort of confirmation. I have had to write here as I have no other way to contact.”

We also provided you with our email address and reference you would need to incase you ever needed to speak with us. “I’ve been experiencing financial difficulty over the past 18 months as I’ve been out of work due to Covid and only recently starting to get back on my feet, I’ve always spoke to Joe who’s been very helpful and understanding, we managed to agree a monthly repayment plan off £30 which is affordable to me, with a debt level off just over £500. These guys are very easy to speak too and very helpful. Would recommend them”
