“Absolutely fabulous whole fillet. I cut it into three, two are in the freezer and the middle section made the most delicious filet de boeuf croute for our Christmas lunch for four, with enough to have cold on Boxing Day! Wonderful! The other two portions I will either cut into steaks, a roast or another filet de boeuf! Thank you Farmison - highly recommended 😊 the photos are Boxing Day cold cuts.”

“First time I have tried Farmison meats and I will be buying from you guys again. The beef, gammon, and pigs in blankets were the best I have tasted over my many years or roasting. Best of flavours and No shrinkage of the beef and the forerib was easy to carve. The delivery was on time and was expertly boxed , packed and chilled . “I was reluctant to trust an online butcher, but after reading some reviews decided to take a leap of faith and I’m so glad I did. I have been buying my meat from Farmison’s for about six months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I love the beef mince because it doesn’t give off that horrible smell associated with the mince bought in supermarkets and it has the most delicious flavour. It is fantastic value for money. I love their chicken breasts because they are so tender and again have more flavour than supermarket chicken. I have also purchased beef topside joints, turkey breast, Pork picnic joints and a half leg of lamb and I am always delighted by the quality of the meat.”

“Firstly, I was so pleased to be able to order so close to the date of delivery, thank you for that. As it was so close to Christmas and deliveries have been a bit of a shambles there was a slight worry I may not receive in time but I was very reassured when I contacted the Farmison team. The meat, fillet beef for a beef Wellington on Christmas Day, was absolutely perfect. The whole family agreed it was my best to date and the beef was absolutely the reason why. It was completely melt in the mouth tender and delicious. I will definitely recommend Farmisons and will be returning very soon. Thank you”

“We had the 3-bird roast. It arrived on the day requested, with continuous communication regarding the delivery and what to expect. When it arrived, the bird was well packed but without the need for excessive packaging, all of which could be easily recycled. In terms of cooking the bird, the instructions provided (available to download from the website) were easy to follow and also accurate - the 3-bird roast was cooked to perfection and thoroughly enjoyed as the centerpiece for our Christmas table and the leftovers went down a treat as slices on Boxing Day and in a risotto another day. “Been buying my Christmas rib of beef from Farmison for several years now. The service is incredibly reliable, and you get a window of an hour letting you know when its arriving, which is helpful when youre busy on thd run up to Christmas. The meat arrives in a coolbox and keeps cold for a while. We eat less meat now, but for family gatherings we like to buy good quality high welfare meat. Cold cuts the following day and a French onion soup from the bones, so nothing was wasted.”

“During lockdown I discovered Farmison and alas now I have much less disposable income. The meat is just great - no messing about, just quality quality meat. Yes you pay a fair price but it’s always top quality. The coté de boeuf (our fave) is amazing as is everything we’ve ever ordered.
