"An excellent selection of meats, delivered quickly and tasted delicious ! Not being a very adventurous cook, I usually stick to chicken but I ordered a joint of pork and beef - I followed the instructions to the letter and the crackling was amazing and the beef tender. We also really enjouyed the cumberland whirl sausages, and the people that came to dinner that night took the details to oder more for themselves - Highly recommended ! we will be ordering more, thank you "

Everyone comments how tasty it is and that it melts in your mouth it's so tender. I've never been disappointed by any of my purchases. Delivery is good too and everything is well packaged. "

“Every Christmas I have been on an eternal quests to get the best quality meat for the festive period. Have tried Waitrose, M&S and independent butchers, all to no avail. However, with Farmison & Co there is no need to look any further. Their ties heritage sirloin of beef was probably THE best we have had anywhere and the slow cooked belly pork was simply stunning and flavoursome. I know they will have our custom for years to come whilst the quality of their meat is so good. And the sous vide method means it is less time consuming and easy to cook. 5* from me.”

“I have enjoyed their meat quality, and breed variety throughout the year. First time ever I took the plunge into world of pre-ordering Christmas dinner and was amazed at the timeliness and freshness of the delivery. Needless to say the food was top notch, and all that tasted it are putting you on their food list now. Photo is 7 day dry aged half leg of lamb, yum.”

“The best quality meat I tried. I've got the Turkey staff with apricot and chestnuts and it was delicious. Today we finished it and the family was very impressed. I also bought the gravy, bread and cranberry sauce and made it so much lovely. I've been getting Turkey for a few years and have always been impressed. “Well...it is very good. Service is excellent, prompt delivery as required. I had a pack couple years ago delivered to my holiday cottage in Suffolk no problem at all. The PRODUCT! Having been on the trade at both ends all my life, butchering AND a chef of renown, I can personally recommend all product I have purchased from FARMISON. Well correctly hung beef of NAMED British breeds, superb free range chicken, fantastic Richmond bacon, and their bangers!!! So I have no hesitation in giving FARMISON a high review. Not cheap!!! “Beef short ribs, slow cooked with Old Peculier and bone broth…added shiitake mushroom caps and served in baked suet crust glazed with egg and porcini powder…the incredible meat you provide got me a ‘review’ (it was made for a work event) like this: “The pie was amazing. If I ever make it to death row I'd like that as my last meal.” Also had a free range chicken that I hay baked with Healeys rattler cider and bay, served on a simple salad…incredible texture and flavour. Highly recommended!”

“Our six foot Grandson who loves his food asked for a Tbone steak for his 14th birthday meal. I ordered two Tbone steaks and two ribeye steaks. The order arrived on the morning I requested and in the hour slot given. The steaks were beautiful and the Tbone steaks were huge. The steaks cooked beautifully. My Grandsons face when he saw the steak on his plate. He enjoyed every mouthful as did the rest of us enjoyed ours. Looking forward to a family bbq using Farmison meat.”

“The quality of the produce (meat in particular) has been consistently excellent since I started shopping with the best online butcher over the last couple of years. We have many cuts from many different breeds that we enjoy - one of them being the fillet tail steaks… our favourite for texture and flavour (ribeye is my go to normally but the fillet tail is just delicious). As well as this, we have enjoyed more unusual cuts as well as strong, solid cuts. Well done to you all and we thoroughly enjoy your superb, well reared. Keep up the great work, All the best MAY”

“Placed a Christmas order late November for delivery on the 23rd December to save having to worry my cut of meat wasn’t going to be up to scratch…Goody box arrived at 10 o’clock in the morning along with all my trimmings pigs in blankets,goose fat spuds ,bacon wrapped stuffing balls,sausage meat… received all the much appreciated cooking instructions via email after order was placed and the pictures speak for themselves the meat was so juicy and tender and extremely flavoursome will definitely be re ordering more meat for all big occasions it’s unforgivingly worth every penny”
