Absolutely fabulous whole fillet. I cut it into three, two are in the freezer and the middle section made the most delicious filet de boeuf croute for our Christmas lunch for four, with enough to have cold on Boxing Day! Wonderful! The other two portions I will either cut into steaks, a roast or another filet de boeuf! Thank you Farmison - highly recommended 😊 the photos are Boxing Day cold cuts.
