“I love my fairyloot box subscription. The books are stunning and the communication is great. I only wish the boxes were collated on time and perhaps used DHL or Royal Mail rather than Hermes.”

“I’ve loved some of the merch that has came with the boxes and the community read alongs I think it’s amazing. However when communicating and asking questions I’ve always told to check the website page and I’m not good when it comes to finding my way around websites, so asking a question on social for me is because I’ve already looked and couldn’t find anything”

“I love these boxes, they are always filled with great bookish merchandise, beautiful prints and Tarot cards and a great selection of stunning books. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves to read.”

“Boxes have always come in good condition - on the one event I had items received damaged the problem was solved quickly the items in the boxes are of high quality and great for any book lover I cannot recommend fairyloot enough”

“I have been really impressed with fairyloot. I absolutely love their special editions the most, I could not be more excited for the ones I have ordered already, I wish I could give them a list of all the books I’d love their editions for because I think there’s so much potential. I have also been subscribed for a little while now and I love getting my boxes each month. Sometimes they are a bit late but it’s always worth it. I do find sometimes there will be items for books that I haven’t read and I often don’t love them as much but I love getting the books and when there’s an item for a book that I do love I couldn’t be more excited. There’s always variety and the items are well thought out and well made. I have also been impressed by their customer service. I have had to contact them twice now,’once to skip a month which had items I wasn’t overly keen on and once because I had accidentally made two orders. Both times I got speedy replies that were so kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Already recommended to my best friend and she’s also hooked now.”

“I love the book subscription boxes you send out, of all the options out there I think this is the best for three reasons: - Diversity across characters authors and storylines - Stunning editions - Value for money The quality of the books/products in general is also really good. My only complaints are delays (which I do understand are out of your control and don’t blame you for) and that I often wish there were more items like mugs, candles etc as things like pillowcases/cushion covers often just end up in the cupboard gathering dust.”
