“Loved some of the book modifications a lot, some are not that great. Not a fan of most of the items. I'd really like a book only subscription. Boxes arrive very late most of the time.”

“I am in love not only with the products and editions but also with the family of fairyloot (the communication, the content and aesthetic on Instagram, etc). However it's true that recently I had had some problems with the shipment (related to customs and courier), which has affected my experience with fairlyloot. I know it's something that can not be controlled and the communication with the Fairyloot team has been great, so I just need to keep waiting.”

“Very happy with the books/items that come every month. Sometimes the boxes are late but I understand this is a supplier issue with them being late and not fairyloot fault, however, I have had 2 boxes come with damaged items. They have been speedily replace when I get in touch and fairyloot are apologetic. Still this came be underwhelming and ruins the buzz of my monthly surprise.”

“FairyLoot is hands down the best subscription box I have ever had. Every month I’m amazed at how many lovely items come considering the relatively low price! Plus it’s really special to have such beautiful, signed editions of the books that come. They’re all hardback with sprayed edges and beautiful covers. FairyLoot day is my favourite day of the month 😍”

“The team behind FairyLoot is amazing! Their boxes are assembled beautifully and the themes are very interesting and always different. They choose books that I might've never read (or waaay later) and am now glad that I get to read such beautiful editions! Which is another thing that I value very much, those exquisite covers (and sometimes edges) are just so stunning and I love to see them on my shelf! Also, I quite enjoy the trinkets and items next to the books. But the best thing, in my opinion, is their professionalism! They get back to your e-mails within a day (two max) and are also very lovely. If there are problems with shipping or an order in general they are transparent and explain as soon as possible what went wrong and what will happen. I really enjoy FairyLoot and recommend it to anyone who loves reading and collecting magnificent editions!”

“Fairyloot is an absolutely awesome book box subscription service. Their monthly book picks are always awesome, their items are high quality and well curated and their customer service is absolutely perfect!! The tare times I have emailed them they have responded so quickly and always with the best outcome. I love their fun and friendly responses and how they make you feel like they care. Would highly recommend. X”

“Really enjoy getting theses boxes every month. Lots of nice items included with a special edition book which is always beautifully done. Only thing I will have to say is that I wish they used Royal mail as hermes are not very reliable and you can't contact hermes when something goes wrong.”

“I absolutely love the book choices, that to me is the biggest selling point. For 2021 both of my favourite reads so far this year have been Fairyloot books. The customised editions are gorgeous. The merchandise can be a bit hit and miss.”
