“Every interaction I’ve had with the fairies at FairyLoot have been excellent they have gone above and beyond in providing an excellent customer experience. I feel with everything there is always room for improvement so the only reason thus far for not a 5* rating as there have been a few delayed items and a few boxes that have arrived late. But overall great service, love the books 😍 probably all of the most beautiful books in my collection have come from FairyLoot and they are always admired by friends on my bookshelves!”

“Absolutely brilliant choice of books, so far I’ve really enjoyed them all and live being introduced to new books I may have missed. The editions are stunning too, signed, stencilled or sprayed edges and beautiful cover art. The trinkets and loot you get in the boxes are very cute too.”

“Every book I have received has been absolutely beautiful and unique, and each read I have loved! The goodies you get on the box are rarely a disappointment and always beautiful, and I love the collectors items most! I would highly recommend subscribing to FairyLoot, I promise you won’t be disappointed”

“I have loved all of the books in the boxes, the redesign of them all is always stunning and the stencilled edges are amazing. The selection of items is always great, there’s always at least a few super useful and cute items. I do wish though that items like the tote bags and blankets weren’t included. For me the designs are too garish and I will never use them. I do think that the value of the box even when I exclude these items is still great but I just wish they didn’t exist because I don’t know what to do with them now and it feels wasteful.”

“I’ve been subscribed to Fairyloot for around 10 months now and have no desire or plans to cancel. Fairyloot offer such a great service and I’ve discovered books I wouldn’t have normally picked up in absolutely beautiful special editions. I think Fairyloot is excellent for people who love special edition books and I always look forward to receiving my box. I have only had to contact customer support once when one of the items in the boxed were damaged, the customer service was fantastic and dealt with my issue quickly by sending out a replacement immediately. Nothing but positive experiences with Fairyloot!”

They are, by far, the prettiest and most treasured books on my shelf. ❤ The items in the boxes are always well thought out and I love that many of them, in addition to being pretty, are useful.”

“Starting off by saying great customer service. In my time with a monthly sub there have been no let down books and overall I really like the boxes although sometimes I do feel a little let down but that’s more because of what I like in a box not because the boxes are bad. One of my only issues (and the reason I’m knocking down a star) is because I feel that the updates often are lacking, like it’ll say on the update page that “the boxes will start to ship on X date and we’ll let you know if they don’t” but it would be nice to have an update saying they’ve shipped / started to ship as well and just overall more updates on your update page (like saying when they’ve shipped / started to ship) etc. Other than that I don’t have any issues and I’m excited for future boxes with you.”

“Adore everything about Fairyloot. The customer service, those who are handling the Instagram page, those who pack our orders, those who spend time coming up with things to include in each box and all those I’ve not covered. Just know you’re appreciated and not overlooked. The hard work is proven in every box you come out with. There’s nothing that excites me more every month than getting my fairyloot box. ((which is a BIG deal)) ❌My only issue, that I’m sure is personal to me since I live in Dubai - is the shipping cost haha. I know there may be not much you can do now but please do consider it for the future because I spend over $100 per box )): but yup that’s literally it and I’m fully aware that it’s not your fault.❌ sending love your way.”

“Fairyloot do an amazing job curating these incredible items that not only look good but are made to a high standard. Each box is well thought out and looks wonderful. Nevertheless the book always shines a bit higher above it always has several details that make it absolutely gorgeous and well worth the price. I also love the fact that even if you’re no longer a subscriber if a sequel to a book you got in a box comes you still get an early access email!”

“more unique + handy items (items that are rarely found in book boxes) / items where you can use on a daily basis like the tote bag from the february 2022 box was amazing!! insulated bottles, teacups & teapots, keychains rather than pins, luggage tags, pocket mirrors, miniature character figurines + i LOVE when trinkets/items from the book are created irl + i loved the february tote sm cus of the colour scheme. i realise fairyloot uses a lot of gloomy colours & obv that’s fitting w the morally grey characters but i’d love to have more eye-catching, vibrant items too!! :) just food for thought!! maybe incorporate colour combos that are in trend currently? like sage green + brown, pastel green + pastel purple, purple + yellow. iridescents perhaps? products that say fairyloot is THE only book box ever and book communities who've never heard of fl get attracted bc of the eye catchingly unique never done before products inspired by their all time fav books :) gen z is a powerful audience who can influence many by word of mouth so attract them!!!! create products trendy & in style :) look up products that are in trend (pinterest is ur friend) & make them bookish! dainty n simple is the thing now, do what u will with that :) oml this was def not a /short/ review”

“The books are beautiful, but the items are generally pretty underwhelming- the jewellery, in particular, shows no care in the design ( the keychain that was very late and sent with the december box, and the crescent city pendant from the february box are good examples of this. It's also something that would be very easy to do better.”
