Everything provided in the monthly boxes is of high-quality; any blemishes and damages are resolved within a short time frame - after contacting the FairyLoot Team. Having been subscripted to FairyLoot for well-over 18-months, I cannot fault the company. You can tell each and every box is curated with love for Books. “Been subscribed since 2017 i believe. It is amazing how much you have grown and how impressive your boxes are in comparison to what they were like in 2017. A few suggestions: I would really like for you to do more polls / surveys about what goes into the boxes. I have so many book sleeves - and I initially loved the idea of the hidden book but i have 3 now and you announced that another will be coming out. The items that are best for me personally are ones i will actually use - like the tea towels, candles, blankets, the wooden spoon was amazing etc. But not too many that they become redundant. Also more hats, socks, gloves, scarves would be fantastic. My all time favourite box was the 'Beast and Beauty Box'. The box just felt so much more tied together than some of the other themes. The Under the Sea box was a similar - but I just loved the beauty and the beast merch. Finally. The young adult aspect of the box had me doubting for a while how long I could realistically carry on getting it. There was a point in 2018 that i was not getting on with any of the books due to them being too young for me. I haven noticed that lately this is not happening quite so much and the books chosen reflect the industry as a whole - are young adult but aimed at a wider range of ages. Eg. Yes a 14 year old may read Serpent and Dove, Caraval, etc and enjoy it but it feels like it is for those in their mid 20s - 30s just as much. Which is great. I enjoy the fast pacing of YA and sometimes (most the time) it is what i want to read. I also love the fact that you have started to include some more 'Adult' fantasy novels in your additional purchases. But it would be nice to see some of these 'new adult' options in the standard boxes.”

“I'm quite satisfied with the service of fairyloot. Great books and stunning art and beautiful special editions. I would wish for a bit more variety in the items of the subscription boxes as I have now several items double or triple already (but I think that's the issue for the long-term subscribers), maybe a special offer for those who are there for such a long time?”

“It been subscribed to FairyLoot since March 2017. While some of the themes and books haven’t been my favourite, FairyLoot have wowed me with their boxes time and again. I would recommend them to any book fanatic. I’ve had a few missing or incorrectly printed items and their customer service has always been polite and helpful. There’s a reason I’m still subscribed 3.5 years later and that’s because it’s a fantastic book box subscription.”

“Hi Fairies! I have been receiving your boxes since Feb 2017 and there's no way I'm ever giving up my subscription!! I have so many things to say that I thought it better to try and separate them into themes rather than just an incoherent ramble of my thoughts, apologies if that's how it comes across though! The Community - Over the years, the book selections in your boxes have not just introduced me to a whole new range of authors or fantasy worlds (I love you so much for that in itself!), but they've also welcomed me into a whole bookish community which I love being a part of. I have since entered into the realms of book blogging, bookstagram and book twitter as well as gaining lots of new Goodreads friends (which in turn leads to even more new books and authors to enjoy!); things I probably would never have considered or achieved without being a part of the wonderfully inclusive, friendly community which you have grown and cultivated. The Boxes - Let's face it, having my Fairyloot box delivered is my mail highlight of the entire month - it's like a present to myself and I get so excited every time it gets dropped on my doorstep. The themes are creative and intriguing and I like trying to guess what the book will be each month. The books themselves are STUNNING. You can tell how much thought and effort goes into the FairyLoot editions with all of their added bonus features and it has been awesome to go from having standard editions of the books to now receiving exclusive, signed, foiled, endpapered beauties! The special editions and box sets are also to die for! I love them all! As I've been a subscriber for a fair while, I've seen a wide variety of items and goodies in the boxes. I think the May box (Girl Serpent Thorn book) was one of my all-time favourites - I adored every single item! I'm a huge fan of the practical items that I can use and that don't take up much storage space as I don't have my own house (yet!). Personally, I don't have a use or space for things such as book sleeves, cushion covers or art prints and there was a time where I felt that certain items were becoming a little repetitive but that was purely down to my own personal preferences and I know how much items like that are loved by others. This is probably one of the reasons why I would possibly consider a 'book only' subscription box in the future if you were ever to offer one. The Team - there has never, ever been a problem or issue which your stellar team haven't been able to help me with or resolve. I've had address changes, damaged/incorrect items (the book scarf from March 2019 box being one of my personal favourites!), the card scam etc. and each time everyone has been so friendly and kind in sorting it all out. I can't fault you on customer service and think you all do such an amazing job. I also credit you on the transparency and the way you communicate to your subscribers when things may occasionally go wrong. Finally, to all at Team FairyLoot: I am so excited about all of the things you have lined up for us Fairyfans in the future! I know I'm just a little old subscriber but you should be so incredibly proud of the way your whole company has evolved and grown over these few short years. I can imagine that it's taken a lot of hard work and it hasn't always been smooth sailing; I'm also aware that there may be hurdles to come again in the future especially given the current times we're living in, but please never forget: despite the 'select few' who feel the unnecessary need to spread negativity or criticisms rather than seek support or advice through the appropriate channels (they do make me eye-roll immensely!), you have an army of loyal and devoted fairy fans who are absolutely living for each and every Insta photo, email update, box, book and special edition you are tirelessly crafting and sending our way!! THANK YOU FAIRIES FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO EVERY DAY! Last finally, I promise! - an apology again as I realise now the box header said 'short' review...sorry!!! Love you FairyLoot! 💜😂”

“I have been getting the FairyLoot box for over a year now and I am obsessed. For me, it is all about the beautiful editions of books and the convenience of like-minded individuals choosing what is next! I have not received one book that I hated and it has encouraged me to read books I may have never heard of or picked off the shelf.”

“I’ve been getting Fairyloot boxes since November/December 2016 and I can honestly say I’ve never had a box I didn’t like! You can really tell the thought and care that has been put into creating each box. On the very few occasions where I have had to contact support (maybe 3 times in the last four years) they have been amazing, solving any issues quickly and professionally. One time I had ordered a one-off box for a friend as well as having my regular subscription and the second box didn’t arrive, within a few hours they had the box sent out and it arrived the next morning in perfect condition. I have tried a few other book subscriptions but I’ve never found one that is as good as fairyloot for both books and bookish items.”

“Hey Beautiful Fairies 🧚🏻‍♂️ 🥰 I just want to thank you for everything. You guys are always so supportive and kind. Every email I’ve sent I get a response within 24hrs by someone who genuinely cares. You guys try your hardest to please everyone yet you still manage to give one on one care to everyone at the same time.
