“I really like FairyLoot boxes. I discover new British/American fantasy fiction every month (at least a year before the books are translated in French, my mother tongue). I like the books FairyLoot Team chooses and the month' themes are great ! Most of the items of the boxes are useful in my evreyday life.”

“While I have always loved your monthly boxes and special edition picks, I think your level of transparency to your customers has decreased somewhat. I understand that you were hit hard with the pandemic, but the amount of time it takes for you to address certain issues should not be so long, in my opinion. While I am bummed out by them, I will never complain about shipping delays, so long as you are being transparent and I think that can be improved. I have personally never had issues with your old system during special edition sales (though I recognise that I have been supremely lucky in that regard), but I do think this new system works very well!”

“I am very happy with FairyLoot- my only frustration is with consistent editions of books. So for example the ‘A Heart So Fierce and Broken’ I got in a box. And now I find out that the third book of that edition is being released but I didn’t even know the second came out. This is very frustrating and leaves me worried that I will miss future releases. The ‘Girls of Paper and Fire’ was similar, where the Fairy loot edition was smaller than the sequel in paper back. My suggestion is if you’re going to make a fairy loot exclusive, sprayed edges is fine, but a similar size to the original - or have multiple ways to inform subscribers that you will be or are thinking of making exclusive editions of future books within a series.”

“I’ve been subscribed for a while now. I’ve never skipped a box even when it wasn’t necessary my kinda thing because I wanted to support this company. I’ve loved every box. If an item isn’t my cup of tea I find someone who will love it. They put a lot of effort into all of their boxes and specials. I’ve had missing pieces and Fairyloot kindly sent me them separately. I’ve had a book damaged but never reported because delivery isn’t actually their fault. It was wrapped well and packaged well. You can’t blame Fairyloot for bad delivery drivers/companies. Overall I can’t thank Fairyloot enough for all the hard work they put in. The time and effort that goes into these boxes is amazing. The items are great, the customer service I've received was outstanding, and I’ll continue being subscribed for a long time.”

“I love the fairyloot. You are doing a very great job. I especially love your customer service who has always been kind, polite and helpful. At first the costumer service replied to me within 24 hours, but the last time in August it said it will take longer because you had a lot of queries, but since you send out the automaric reply it was no hassle waiting the 3 to 5 days, since I know you will get to me eventually. Recently you have decided to be more aware of ecofriendly packaging and production of the loot parts in the box, and I appreciate this a lot. I love that all the things in the box can be used and there is barley anything that would just stand around and collect dust. I like the creators you work with. I hope you work with a lot more creators in the future too. You are always trying to get the best high quality book of the month and not the most anticipated one, which might have a low quality story or writing. I also appreciate that you try to find the best release for all age ranges from teenager to adult. Since you asked for a review from longterm customers, I think you might wonder if I get tired of all the a same items. Some months I feel the box is not as exciting (since it doesn't include some of my favourite fandoms) but I do not mind getting the same item again and again if it's useful. I think I have had 6 book sleeves now. I gifted two of them to my friends and I am rotating the 4 I have, depending on my mood. I repurpose items that I do not need (like a mug that I use as a plant pot now). Since I do not have a bathtub I always give the bath salt away to friends. So I don't get tired about the products. There are new prints you can use, sometimes things also break or get empty and I am happy I get a replacement or I can vary the items. And I know that you always try to be innovative and come up with new ideas. I wish there would be adult fantasy books, because I am growing out of the YA genre, but you mix some stuff in between like the poppy war series or mistborn, which makes me feel still satisfied. I am missing the candles. I figure people complained they got too many but I feel like now we get not enough. The tarot card were a nice idea, but I the overview of some of the artworks, who the characters are. Maybe you make a web page with a listing of all the cards. I never participated in any of the social media happenings, because I do not like instagram and try to evade it. But I know I can always reach out to you quick and fast on Twitter and Insta and that is great.”

“Fairyloot is great! Every month I'm graced with an amazing book and a bunch of little goodies based on other YA fantasy books which is so fun. Sometimes we get ARCs of books which is really exciting! Definitely worth it.”

“Absolutely love getting my box each month and seeing all the goodies. Everyone is so helpful when my box has been delayed or trying to find where it went. Ever book I love reading, though I’m still trying to get through them all haha. I recommend to anyone that sees the book I’m reading or using one of the items.”

“Receiving my box is always a highlight of my month and I’ve never been disappointed! I loved most of the books and I think the items are great and there’s a good mix of decorative and super useful items! I’m using the oven mitt and the pirates drinking bottle on a daily basis. “Fairyloot produce beautiful, high quality boxes every month. When something goes wrong, they work hard to fix it, communicate through social media, their website, and via email. When my box went missing this July, there was no quibbles. I was offered a refund or replacement. A replacement was sent as soon as possible. They are friendly, honest and open, they actively encourage diversity, and promot books by a wide range of authors. I think they are good value for money and do a cracking job. Thanks Fairyloot.”

“I’ve been a subscriber to FairyLoot for almost 2 years now and every month I still get super excited when my box comes. It’s really helped me get back into reading more regularly than my busy adult life ever seemed to have time to before. I’ve been introduced to so many wonderful books and amazing authors that I may never have known about otherwise. Plus I enjoy the fact that the books are exclusive in some way, so it’s a bit more special. As for the other items you get in the boxes, I think there’re things for everyone’s tastes, so though I may get some items occasionally not to my personal taste, I’m sure many other subscribers absolutely love them, and items that I think are great, others might not. But I get more items that I love than don’t, so it’s totally worth it for me.”

“FL has always provided excellent content, and the exclusive books have just gotten better and better over the years! The customer service team has always gone out of their way to help me with any issues in boxes I’ve gotten, and they’ve always been very honest with any delays or shipping issues! I’ve never been disappointed with a box, and the FL team truly listen to what their fans want, which I honestly love and value a lot!”
