“Placed an order on the Monday and received it on the Wednesday absolutely fantastic service most helpful and polite when contacted to ask about my order before I placed it. I would highly recommend as had previously ordered from another supplier and 4-6 weeks later it was still out of stock so I requested a refund and found this little gem of a company will definitely order from again in the future should I need any more replacement parts.”

“My order was delivered several days late despite paying £2.95 for delivery in 2-3 days. The emails which I sent asking about order status went unanswered. When the product did arrive, I found it was damaged and needed to be replaced/returned. I contacted Ezee-fix immediately but several days later I have yet to hear back from them. I do not recommend this retailer and would not use them again.”

“I bought two very different things. A part for my Tefal air fryer, very old, and a part for my white knight tumble dryer, also very old. I found the website easy to use. Delivery was quick, packaging not over the top, and the parts have worked perfectly. Price was also very competitive. Not sure what extra any other supplier could do.”
