After a delay on my order, for specific part (control knob) for my Belling Oven, I received item, which attached upside down, due to rear fixing being reversed! I was desperate (since I needed oven) therefore used item, but I was not impressed Ronnie Robertson

Dear Customer ,after your review , we tried find any correspondence by email reg return request , there is nothing with your order number or name or your email address , can you please contact us and let us know any tracking number or anything which will help us to identify returned packet, usually customers contact us before refund , so we can keep track on returned request to avoid issues like yours . we receiving hundreds packet everyday incl returns , if packet not contain order number or name or invoice number , and also we not aware we should expect return , then we can not identify , also we offering return labels . and finally maybe your item never returned to us . please contact us and give more details reg your return. thank you

I was very impressed with the delivery time. However the item was the wrong size and despite several attempts to make contact to rectify this, I have had no response.

Dear Customer, we never received email from you , i will find your order by name you posted here and will contact you Monday firs thing . sometimes when email is without "topic" then emails are recognised as spam . please send email again with order number in topic . or please wait till Monday morning we will contact you

Was told delivery in threes working days on Thursday 12th March. Today Thursday 19th March it hasn’t arrived despite an email last night

Sorry to hear that item was lost in transit. Please always write "topic" on email as spam system will recognise email as Spam. We found your Email in Spam folder after your review. our online chat is available and active ( operated only by real person ), also Facebook messenger is active and Contact form on website . We trying really hard to provide best service to our customers, and we always solving our customers issues

Dissatisfied as I purchased base of a Hoover which came with no wheels, this was not detailed on website, therefore part was useless, however customer service was good and refund issued quickly.
