“Every step of ordering online was straightforward and customer service during and after order placed was excellent. Special mention to Ian Nowacki, Ian was a great support storing doors when I had a delay with the build. Sliding doors look fantastic and add a real wow factor to the extention.”

“Excellent service and experienced staff made the purchasing, delivery and aftercare seamless. Delivery was prompt and on time and after the initial frame fitting we experienced an issue, but we visited their showroom and spoke to Mark Temple who walked us through the fitting of the glass which rectified the minor issue. Overall a very good experience from the point of ordering to having the technical team to help us afterwards. Will be buying again as the team have support and we’re very nice to deal with 👍”

“Ordered 3m bi-fold doors for my garden room. Delivery was quick, with the delivery driver keeping me regularly updated with arrival times which helped plan help moving them. Doors have been installed (by a novice) and work perfectly! Couldn’t be happier.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase of XP10 bi-folding doors from Express bi-folds direct.
