“Great communication from express doors pre and post installation. Installation completed in half a day by efficient and friendly installers. It helped that Express were provided with a perfectly true opening! Very happy with the product and installation.”

“We have been very impressed and pleased with the whole experience of working with Express Bi-Folding Doors. The initial pre-sale talk was not rushed and very informative, the follow-up surveys very thorough and finally, the installation went very quickly exactly on time. The doors are of a high standard and have been installed very well. We will be back to have other door and windows replaced next year, without hesitation.”

“After enjoying the doors fitted around my flat for well over ten years, i had one of the bifold doors locking mechanism fail, the engineer who visited was on time and extremely efficient in the replacement of the lock and serviced the whole of the installation of all the bifolds in the flat, excellent and professional service Thank you”

“From start to finish we had excellent service. Spending thousands of pounds I wanted a company that I trusted and was 100% happy with the product. James in the Redhill showroom was excellent, he was confident in his product knowledge but more importantly for me, not pushy at all... he’s genuinely a really nice sales guy to deal with. He explained everything we needed to know clearly so we could decide which doors were best for us! Communication from HQ was good. Information on ‘what happens next’ was sent out quickly and an appointment for the site survey was efficient. The surveyer phoned in the morning to say he was on his way. As we were preparing the opening ourselves he offered us a lot of advice which we were grateful for! The big day finally arrived and the two fitters were lovely! They got stuck in straight away, were professional and we had a few laughs along the way! Great attention to detail and they made sure I was completely happy before they left! So overal I would definitely recommend Express Bi-Folds!”

“From firstly visiting the show room in Glasgow to our installation we have been thoroughly impressed. Plenty options and advise from David to make sure we got the product we were looking for. Even with the van breaking down on installation day didn’t hamper the guys getting the windows to us and in within the afternoon. When the doors arrived the following morning they were in promptly and look amazing. Johnny Pete Bailey and Gio were brilliant lads and we will definitely recommend Express BiFolds to anyone thinking of high end amazing looking windows and doors! Can’t wait to get back into our house after our renovations to enjoy the summer. Thank you!!”

“Our windows and lanterns were fitted just before Christmas, we have had them for two months now, they made such a difference from the time they were installed. BUT every day they get better the view we have is magical, the sun comes through them and transforms our new extension. We decided on sliding doors, so pleased we did. Fitters were very tidy, and aftercare second to none. Definitely recommend Express windows. Pearl Harris, Pocklington.”

“From our first engagement with Express Bi-folding Doors at the Scottish Home Building show in 2018, the customer service has been brilliant, very easy and more importantly stress free. The products, XP Glide, XP Skyview, casement window and XP 10 door we selected were installed professionally and on the date we agreed. “We had windows with integrated blinds and they are amazing. When open you barely see the blinds, even the cat can still warch life on the street from the window. Plenty of notice for installation and a professional job.”

“I have just had Bi-fold doors and two windows fitted by Express Bi-Folding Doors. End to end the experience has been excellent. The Sales Team were very helpful in getting to the right choice, the surveyor knew his stuff and the installation guys were great. I was kept well informed at each stage in the process, the work was completed on schedule and I am very happy with the result.”

“Very happy from start (choosing the doors at the showroom) to finish (fitting). Sales process felt comfortable (no hard sell), and quick quote delivered at the showroom. Surveyor booked in quickly, turned up on time and gave good advice. Fitters also turned up on time. Clearly took great care in fitting - very neat job done with doors and trim. Slightly more expensive than others but worth it for the quality and delivery.”
