A very shady company. I thought I was getting a car from a company called Easilease, when collecting the car the company name was not Easilease it was Evogo. When I questioned this I was told that Easilease was part of Evogo. I paid a much higher deposit than was necessary. It turns out that the person running Easilease was a friend of one of the founders of Evogo and was allowed to do this, I was told this off the record from the person who did the handover of my first car. I'm not going to mention names but he would take deposits which were up to 4 times the amount required, pay the required deposit to Evogo on your behalf and then you would be an Evogo customer, with him pocketing the rest of the deposit. Evogo knew this was going on even though they refuse responsibility over it. If you came to Evogo through Easilease you were ripped off, you paid a massively higher deposit than needed. Evogo will not take any responsibility over this even though they allowed it to happen. Shame on you Evogo, I look forward to a smart repsonse!

Good Afternoon, Many Thanks for your feedback. EVOGO has in the past, as is common practice within the vehicle leasing and rental sector worked with a number of third party broker companies. These companies operate independently from EVOGO and have their own set of terms and conditions relating to the product that they offer. Of course EVOGO also obtain and work with customers directly, at this point we have our own terms of business which we adhere to and are available to review through our website. Any issue relating to a third party broker and/or their terms and conditions should be addressed with that company directly, EVOGO wouldn't be able to comment on any payments taken by the third party or any terms of business they implement. We would also like to make it clear that the third party broker company in question has no relationship with any founder of EVOGO LTD. Finally, we would like to clarify that EVOGO no longer works with any third party broker companies after a change in company policy around 2 years ago. Many Thanks, EVOGO

I have been with Evogo for 4 years & loved every minute of it, due to the recent COVID situ I have had to hand the car back & am gutted 😭 but from day one it has been a pleasure - both Dean at the start & Lewis at the end were fantastic, however, Gill Lapping was amazing, understanding & unbelievably helpful and a credit to the EVOGO team and I will hopefully be back soon - I would recommend them 1000% - easy worry free driving - thanks for a great 4 years !

Been dealing with Evogo with over 6 months now, the sales guys are almost impossible to get hold off, they don't respond to emails and will not call you back if you leave a message. They must be doing amazingly well as a business as I want to upgrade my current car to a more expensive one but hey it's only extra money what good is that to a business. Nick has been avoiding my calls and not responding to my emails for 2 weeks now and I had a similar problem when I fist decided to use them. My first vehicle I was told it was in Sheffield but after I signed the contract they told me it was in Luton and I had to pay an extra £60 delivery charge. I can go on and on.

We were supposed to have special company rates and we did when we were first introduced to EVOGO, however now when we mention this, no one seems to know or have any understanding of our account. Unfortunately trying to communicate with the sales team is difficult, responses are vauge and far and few between. Contracts appear to change when it suits EVOGO and i have received a few blunt emails asking for my vehicle back - no phone calls no real customer service or providing me with list of available or up coming vehicles. Prices seem to be on the increase - very disappointing. I'm considering handing my vehicle back in and ending my contract with EVOGO.

Hard work company to deal with, simple queries over email take days to get responded too. Upon finally getting what we needed and submitting an application things went silent for nearly a week. Apparently they only do a soft credit search, but they then said that underwriters had said they would require £700 deposit instead of the £320. With the highest credit score you can get (999 on Experian) we queried and asked for underwriter details but they wouldn't provide. As yet, we can't see a search was even made, but that might be taking a while to show. I believe they have done this to quite a few people

As you point out we do a soft search and if your aware of what a soft search is, you would be fully aware a soft search will not show up on your credit profile. Also with data protection rules we cannot disclose what they have found in your credit history, or if you have failed to meet our credit score. We do everything we can to offer a facility to all customers and the offer to pay a little extra upfront to ensure new gain a brand new is quite standard throughout the industry. Lewis was extraordinarily responsive and helpful. From reaching out to car delivery in less than a week. Friendly and approachable as well as efficient. Thanks for your help Lewis! Car is brand new, very competitively priced and driving well. Be aware that petrol is not included in delivery costs though.

I’ve had a car through Evogo for the past two years. Had a long delay on my new car but finally collected it today. Everyone from Russel who greeted me, chatted away and made me feel very welcome, to the ladies in the offices who have been brilliant in communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company and its staff to everyone. Easy transaction and smooth changeover too. Just says to me why I chose this company in the first place. Thank you all.☺️😀

2nd time leasing car from Evogo. The process is so easy and quick. Luckily the car I wanted was in stock so I got delivered within 48 hrs from my first phone call. Considering a long waiting time elsewhere, it is amazing service. Whole team was helpful and proactive especially Lewis Fox and Beth Shaw. I got 5% discount of being a existing customer (£500), lower the cost significantly. Thank you for all the help

Evogo is just so convenient, I have been a customer for years and they just get better year on year. They are now super efficient, the price is unbeatable, customer service spot on (Russell even had to hold my baby today whilst I transferred her pram, seat etc). I reccomend them to everyone.

My Account Manager, Lewis and both his colleagues Russell and Teri have all been part of the best car experience I have ever had! Whether compared to owning a car or renting one, EVOGO's car subscription service has been the nicest and most pleasurable car experience I have ever had. The process for choosing a car, getting approved and finally picking up my new car and driving away has been the so smooth, I could hardly believe it. I also want to make a special point of the fact that as a foreigner and at the time still having a foreign (non EU) driver's license and not having been in the country for more than 6 months, I was treated very well. The choice of cars both in terms of price and suitability is amazing. The sheer number of vehicles on offer from this company and the level of professionalism, hospitality and kindness of the staff has made me a fervent and loyal customer, and I look forward to the many years to come. If you want to have a brand new car as often as you want or a new one that you can hold on to for up to 12 months(after which you can exchange and get the newer model or a different model altogether!), without the trouble or worry of expensive maintenance costs(aren't really a problem either as the cars are brand new!), motor tax etc, then EVOGO is in my opinion the only place you should get in touch with.

The customer service is excellent But they charge a reservation fee which is hidden and non refundable. It should be clearly mentioned upfront and not at the point of paying for the rental when most people has done their plans and has no time to arrange alternative

Dear Dr Ahmed, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, although we are a little disappointed with only receiving 2 Stars from you, considering you are already on your 4th car with us. We are delighted of course that you have found our customer service to be excellent, I will pass your feedback on to the team that look after you. We do try and be as transparent as possible with all costs associated with our service and I apologise if you felt our initial fee wasn't explained to you clearly. When a new customer joins us, they normally pay an initial fee of one and a half times the monthly payment of the vehicle they wish to take, this is non refundable, we do however explain this to any customer that calls to enquire about our service, we also provide confirmation on email to all email enquiries. It is also mentioned in our introductory video on our website and detailed in our F&Q's page, and is only paid on the first car a customer takes with us, again I apologise if we missed any of these steps with your initial enquiry. Picked up our 6th Evogo car from Russ and Lewis this morning,a gorgeous metallic black Audi Q3. Thanks once again for wonderful customer service which is especially amazing given the current circumstances. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon to pick up another Q7 hopefully. If you haven't tried them before give them a chance,we wouldn'tuse anyone else now,what's not to like,new car every 12 months at very competitive prices and fair repair costs for any dinks picked up along the way. Great service with a fabulous choice of cars, I didn’t want to get tied into a 3 year lease deal as my situation could change so what Evogo offer is perfect for me, Lewis talked me though my options and was a great help, I would highly recommend.
