“We recently changed our name and as part of the re brand we ordered some coasters from you. Jasmine Thakrar was extremely helpful and efficient. “If I could do zero stars I would. I worked with Tom who assured me he could get 25 clocks with engraving turned around in ten days time. I had the invoice paid I called to change the delivery address two days from the event only find that no, the company that supplies the clocks would not be delivering them and that I would have not have a gift for the event. So, no I will not be using Everything Branded again -- if the employees cannot follow-up with suppliers and keep customer happy, then I cannot use them in good faith. BAD EXPERIENCE”

Hi Ellen, we can't apologise enough for this. whilst we do our upmost to secure stock we cannot guarantee this as suppliers have a policy of, first come first served. This was unfortunately compounded by the fact we had too little time to find an alternative item. A Customer Service Manager will be contacting you. Best regards. The Management Team.
