“We have recently ordered some Branded Cool Bags from Everything Branded and was very well looked after by Reece, our account manager. Reece was a great help and made sure everything was organised, artwork was correct and the correct order was placed. Thank you, Belton Farm”

“We needed some branded poker chips at short notice for a client presentation. Devon, our Account Manager, responded quickly and managed to turn our order around within a very tight timescale. We received the chips in time for the presentation, and they look really good. Very pleased with the standard of the product, and the service behind it. Thanks Devon.”

“if you want a lesson in how NOT to do customer service, order something from these guys. Very helpful when placing my order - but have spoken to 6 people so far since placing it, and nobody has helped, and they've just passed the buck. Nobody has tried to call and resolve it either. Nobody seems interested. Just "this is company procedure" (pick up any book on customer service and it'll tell you that this is the worst way to handle customer complaints). The positive from all of this has been that I've had useful reminders of how important it is to provide great post-sales service in my own company”

“The service received was fantastic when the quote finally came through (my initial contact was a week or two before being given a quote, which I also chased up using your online chat). So slow service, however when Ninoska did get in touch it was fantastic and thorough service. The product has arrived and looks great.”
