Steve was very helpful and quick with his responses, he adjusted the artwork so it was suitable for the product and consulted me throughout. The prices were fair.

So helpful and was so quick in production once payment was made. Daniel Ogden was always will to help and kept me updated through the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with everything branded was brilliant. Sarah dealt with my order and she was amazing. She made everything so easy and efficient, she was extremely helpful and friendly! The items have arrived exactly how we wanted them, I would definitely recommend.

I previously gave a very high rated review of my experience with Everything Branded and Sam, our Account Manager but as the time has now come when I was assured our order would arrive that has changed significantly. Sam continues to attempt to be so very helpful but not really, not at all. I have already wasted enough time on this so I am summing up. Originally I was not going to pursue the order because of timing but Sam gave me a call and assured me it would be delivered in time. I was very clear from the get go about my absolute deadline of Nov. 15th. I reached out to him last week to find out the shipping details and he came back saying it will be shipped on the 8th. This week it turns out the factory is having supply issues and the batteries haven't arrived so the order will be delayed until Nov. 25th but good news another factory has 50 of them they willing to sell us at a reduced rate that MAY get in by next week. I respectfully request to cancel the order and am told it's not a possibility. I was explicit on my deadlines, assured they would be here and now they can't be completed because the factory is having supply issues, the order isn't even close to being shipped and the last communication today broaden the completion from one day to expand almost a full week. This situation calls for an order cancelation and refund.

If you want poor quality, use this company. We ordered bags that we paid for, were not made to our spec, and were printed in a way that rendered the finished production unusable. Print was uneven, rendered with a final color that was not to spec, and the overall quality was terrible. We didn't even ship the final production because it was unusable. When we asked for a partial refund, we were basically told no. I repeat - do not use or trust this company.

Excellent from beginning to end. My Acc. Manager Cameron R. helps plan any project I've got - big or small. Even the after care is to be commended. Any issues that I've raised are resolved swiftly and there's never a headache with EB. Also shout-out to Shrina P who covered Cameron while on annual leave - very polite, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

We were looking for a product that would best represent our company and stand out to our clients. Daniel Ogden did a great job helping us find the right product for us, thoroughly explaining at every step and making sure we were happy with the product and artwork before placing the order. Couldn't recommend them enough, we are very please with the final results.

My enquiry was promptly dealt with and Account Manager Sarah Moran, was very easy to work with. Sarah was understanding and pleasant, she took note of when we needed our order and sent through the quote and proofs quickly.

Cameron, our senior account manager goes above and beyond, providing a fantastic personalised service. His customer service is outstanding and he always provides a quick response. it is a pleasure dealing with Cameron as he is also a very nice approachable person. Superb service! Everything Branded have excellent good quality products which are not only well priced but well made. I always have very good service from Marcus who is always prompt in replying and realistic in delivery times. My latest order arrived 5 days early! Very happy all round
