“We have been dealing with Vishal Govind. On sending the requirements we needed he quickly responded with quotations and samples for us to review, change and authorise production. The service from start to finsh has been excellent and the items delivered on time for our promotion. I would highly recommend Everything Branded.”

“I ordered 75 plain stock (not customized) products from EverythingBranded.com. My order total was $399, $342 for the products and $57 for shipping. I was also charged an International Processing Fee of $7.98 by my bank as I was unaware and never told beforehand that the payment I made over the phone was being processed in the United Kingdom. When I received my order I realized that based on their size they wouldn't work for what I needed them for. I did not open any of the items. I immediately emailed my rep, Jenny, to let her know. Her Floor Manager called me a couple of days later to let me know that they will not allow me to return the items but instead offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase with them. Their website clearly states that you can return and get a refund on non-customized orders. I told him that was not acceptable. He then told me that they could process the return but there is a Restocking and Return Shipping Fee of $170. Their website does not mention this fee at all on the Returns page. It does state that if there are no defects the buyer has to pay the return shipping. I was completely fine with that and told them that I would pay to return the items but I would not pay $170 to do so. He told me the manufacturer charges the fee. I did not purchase these items from their manufacturer. I paid EverythingBranded.com for these items. If their manufacturer wants to charge them fees for returns then they should pay for them. I was also told that they do not hold or carry any items in stock themselves. They do not have any warehouses. All of their items are made and stored by their manufacturers. This is why I cannot ship the items back to EverythingBranded. I offered to pay for the return shipping and all I wanted was a refund of $342 for the products I paid for. They told me that I could either get 20% off my next order or ship the items back and receive $229 back after their $170 Restocking and Return Shipping Fee. I said no and I have a filed a complaint with the BBB.”
