“Ordered a number of time with Aaliyah Towers being our PoC. She has helped us make sure we got what we wanted in a timely manner. Quote was always the cheapest when compared with competitors and Aaliyah was very helpful.”

“I'm disappointed by the absence of a delivery date for my recent order and the unresponsiveness of your customer service team. I placed my order for straws on 31 August and have not received any information regarding its expected delivery. Additionally, my attempts to reach out to customer service for assistance have gone unanswered. Can you please assist me promptly?”

“I have to say that the bottles we ordered were superb. Really good quality print and a good standard throughout. However, we didn't receive the bottles in time for our Open Morning even though I followed up multiple times regarding this to make sure they would arrive on time. I was told originally they would arrive on the 13th but they arrived on the 19th. It would be better for them to set up a direct line with the sales staff or other staff so that you can follow up more easily.”
