“There was an issue with one of Everything Branded's suppliers over a faulty batch of pens that they had been supplied with that failed to print well. Mollianne Coltman kept us informed at all times of the issue and liaised between ourselves and her supplier to resolve the issue offering a choice of either a replacement pen with our original choice of ink colour or a different colour of our chosen pen with a different ink colour. Once we had made a decision over the choices provided the pens were with us very quickly and looked fantastic. Thanks Mollianne for all your help, it's much appreciated.”

“Billy at Everything Branded was so helpful, and was always great in keeping in contact. Would definitely use again. The only negative I have to say were that the pens weren't great quality and a lot of them arrived broken - perhaps it's worth looking in to the manufacturing of these. But again, Billy quickly had these broken ones replaced - so in terms of the service I was given, I can't complain.”

“I ordered some promotional items for jobs fairs we were attending and could not have asked for better service. I spoke to Jai who was constantly on the ball with answering any queries I had, sending across proofs and getting the items sent across quickly, which made the whole process much easier - thanks again!”

“Ordered some special pens for our customers ready to celebrate our first birthday, James Dean our key account manager was fantastic throughout the full process. He was working to a very tight deadline with a specific colour scheme. We hit a small problem with the particular colour being out of stock but within a few hours James had resolved this and we were back on track. The pens have arrived and their top quality better than we hoped for. We now have other orders in with EB and can't wait to see the finished results. Massive thanks to James and Paul and the team.”

“It was my 1st experience with everything branded and I was very well guided and helped by their Senior Account Manager Mr. Jai Chavda. Jai has helped me throughout the purchase and has always been a very soft-spoken and a kind person. Everything branded gives you the best deals which I didn't find anywhere else. “We approached Everything Branded for help with corporate gifts for an series of Open Days. Adam responded quickly and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him ... even the amount of emails and discussion we had about the items, our branding, sending a sample and mocking up proofs. An absolute pleasure to deal with and when we run out of all the goodies, Adam will be our first port of call to order more. Thankyou Adam!
