“Placed an order for some glasses which I needed at very short notice. Called and spoke to Jake who was excellent. He provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision on what product to go for. The glasses came withing a week of ordering and are of excellent quality. I would recommend using Everything Branded and would most certainly ask for Jake when I require any other products.”

“I must have been one of the unlucky ones. I placed an order based on a quote I received, which was a very good price, I even emailed to check that my original ask had been understood and the quote covered that, which I was told it did, I have the emails. Artwork was done and approved and invoice was sent through and paid before could go into production. 2 days later I get an email to say, "Our production team just informed me that the price I gave you for the awards are wrong. There’s an outstanding amount of £79.00." Evidently I was unimpressed and after lots of back and forth the response was they would either refund me my money, leaving me without my awards for a ceremony the next week and no time to source another supplier, or pay up (a reduced amount from the original £79 but not by much). I had no choice but to pay. Extremely bad customer service, I fail to understand why I as the customer should have to make up for the mistake of someone else for misquoting, especially when it had already been signed off and paid for. I guess the Everything Branded attitude is for one unhappy customer who won't be using their services again, there are lots who are happy and will give repeat business so why bother trying to please that one customer and lose out on some money. If they had done the right thing, perhaps I would be a repeat customer. Be warned, especially if a new customer!!”

Hi Luisa, we are very sorry about the mix up with your pricing. The error should never have happened and of course being asked to pay the increased amount in full, made it doubly wrong. For which we offer our sincerest apologies. Whilst we could not run the job at the initial price, we did greatly reduce the increase to account for our error. Which i know you had accepted. I understand, from your account manager, that the awards arrived in good time for your event. Which I hope they contributed to a successful evening. “I contacted Joshua Turner regarding getting some business pens made, He was so very helpful as i was quite awkward with what i wanted! Joshua spent the time helping find the right product for us and was quick at getting the proofs over for us too. Highly recommend!!”

“This is the second time I have used Everything Branded and have dealt with Ross both times. He is really responsive to requests and very helpful when helping me find the right thing. “Great company to use for branded products. Samuel was a star helping me place my order, and having it delivered on time. No small feat when I was ordering from New Zealand, producing in UK, and delivering to Vienna. I was a bit concerned whether everything would work out - it did, and it was seamless. This was made possible by the fantastic assistance from Shrina Gondalia who seemed to make the impossible happen - i.e. design, produce and ship a branded product to Ireland within 8 working days.
