“CHEATED! I provided a logo for a custom print job and it was produced skewed from a square to a rectangle. They never provided the promised digital proof and sent a photo once it was done making it look like it was a square. When it arrived it was a rectangle and they wouldn't do anything to help fix it. What a scam - and cheating a small business out of the small amount of marketing dollars they could use for the promotion. HORRIBLE.”

“This company offered us the best price and a guarantee that if we found a better price, we would get the difference refunded. As well as that the person we dealt with (louis Henry) was incredibly helpful, quick to respond and the whole process was efficient. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.”

“Kieran Wilson was an amazing help, helping secure 40 backpacks at cost price for a charitable initiative at work, to provide 40 filled backpacks to children living in a shelter, for when they return to school. With the help that Kieran was able to provide, we were then able to provide extra school supplies to these children. He ensured that the bags were sent out straight away, and was always very cheerful on the phone. Thank you again Kieran!”

“Ordered some branded coffee mugs at the end of May and did not receive the goods nor heard from Everything Branded by the end of July. Needless to say, the post sale services are poor!! I called to chase. The mugs finally arrived however with near 20% of the order were damaged/broken during the transportation. Another three weeks gone by, the replacement of the broken mugs have been delivered. It has taken 3 months from placing an order to receiving the goods! The only reason I am giving it a 3-star is because the sales lady, Mollianne Coltman has made good effort to resolve the issues after my complaint.”

“My first time using Everything branded and would use them again. Had a good response from quote to order processing, I even had a cheaper quote elsewhere beat by everything branded. I spoke with Kieran W throughout the process and he was super helpful with great customer service! Would definitely recommend using them and suggest to them to keep customers updated throughout production so that we are more aware when printing has started to estimated delivery times.”

“I got in contact with everything branded as I had an urgent order to get some branded pens and key rings in a 3 day turn around time. I spoke to Jai who assisted me the whole way throughout the process - he was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone, he provided me with a variety of options for pens and key rings, he assisted in getting the correct format for the design of the brand and most importantly he made sure to keep in contact with me throughout the whole process and ensured I got my items in time. I really appreciated Jai going out of his way to ensure we meet this short deadline, and was incredibly happy with the service.”
