“Out of 5 stars, Adam Squires deserves 10. We were looking for a specific branded product and contacted several suppliers. Adam caught our requirements right away and presented us with great options. He showed clear interest in our request and took his time to have a back-and-forth dialogue with us. During this process we decided to order another branded product from him. He was flexible to arrange a priority shipping of two samples, and everything went perfectly with the main delivery as well. When we ran out of the branded product on the exhibition we were attending, Adam went above and beyond to try to secure us express production and delivery of more. This turned out to not be possible but we are extremely happy with the quick reaction from Adam. We are now preparing to place a new order. Additionally, we plan to order even more for next year's exhibition.”

“We were very impressed with the service we received. The service Reece provided from the first enquiry to the follow up call was excellent. He provided details for a range of sizes in the products we required, shopping bags and water bottles. The design was changed a couple of times and each time the response from Reece was quick. I felt nothing was to much trouble for him. I am new to the role of ordering merchandise and he made the process easy to follow.”

“Our account is looked after by Reece Lockwood and I have only good things to say. All our request for quotes are actioned quickly and any samples we request always arrive very fast. We are by no means a big customer, nearly always ordering the minimum run on an item but Reece never makes us feel less important for it. He also doesn't ring me every 5 minutes like certain other promo item companies! 5/5 service from us.”
