“Low prices but deliveries terrible, ensure also you don't get an updated price on the phone without confirming via email, as they bill you for the original quote, regardless of just speaking to you.”

“Samuel offered excellent customer service from start to finish! I was very impressed by Everything Branded's ability to turn around our order in great timing, beating many other competitors on customer service, speed and quality. It was extremely helpful getting the cups delivered direct to our venue and they were a bit hit with all of our customers. We received lots of compliments on a great design (which Samuel was also very happy to support us with) and the quality. Multiple people have asked us to pass on your details which I will do gladly. I very much enjoyed working with Samuel and will be coming back to Everything Branded first in the future! A massive thank you from us at Pracedo!”

“Great selection of products, but there are 100s of companies like this... what made this a great experience was our service representative, Samuel Wainwright. My only feedback to the company is to make the proofing process more straight-forward with fewer emails from different places. Great job, will use them again.”

“I had a great experience with Everything Branded who I approached to create branded stationery (pens and moleskin notepads) for our company. The customer service provided by Callum Burton was top notch - he was forthcoming with information, quick to clarify requirements and to answer questions about the order. We received our items before the expected delivery date which was a lovely surprise and were very happy with the final outcome of the stationery, which looked exactly like the visual mock ups Everything Branded had provided us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Everything Branded to another business.”

“Dean Johnson picked up my very vague enquiry and through his help, advice and guidance we worked out what we needed. He was always happy to our a couple of designs together to work out which were best and I never felt under pressure. Very impressed with his high standard of customer service.”
