“Hi, Alex Mushata helped me out when there was a problem with the quote I was given by another staff member. He quickly resolved the issue and answered my many queries. His customer service prevented me from going elsewhere after that initial error that was not his fault.”

“I ordered merchandising for my roller derby team. My first counselor apparently couldn't make it and my request was transferred to Harry, whom was very nice and answered my questions and misunderstandings. Overall, the ordering process took more time than I thought it would but I received everything, shipped for me in Switzerland ! Thank you :)”
