“Ordered pens from Everything branded for an event, agreed proof with them however first ones came with print less than half size and replacement batch without phone number - aftersales service shocking, still waiting for them to get back with a solution or refund. The event has passed and we had to give out shoddy items to represent our company”

“I placed an order with the intent that I was gonna receive my product at a certain time and now just a week away, I am told my product won’t be delivered on time. Had I not done a follow up I would have never know as no one reached out to me, my payment was made and nothing had been processed for more then 30 days and no one cared to reach out. This was absolutely horrible and not a very good customer service. I now have no time to try and find something else. Horrible business to work with and poor communication.”

“Really chuffed with all the promo bits Steve at Everything branded supplied to us. He came up with some really good suggestions for promo items which we went with. He also managed to get us a really good discount on items due to a mistake made by the old account manager.”

“Joe Riman is by far the best Account Manager in any Promotional Company I've ever come across. He has helped me from day one from when he inherited our account after Reece left and has never complained once, even though I ask him a LOT of questions and a lot of the time need lots of information for my clients, some of it technical (which he knows through working on the technical team previously), design, financial (requiring him to do a lot of back and forth), or having to look things up with regards to products made in the Far East and always gets back straight away to explain the answers in a clear way. He's always been able to beat every price any other company have provided by working really hard with your internal team and has literally gone the extra mile every time I've asked him for help. He always knows the products inside out, has amazing business acumen helping me get together merchandise catalogues so that we can promote the products everything branded sell. He's always well spoken, polite and is amazing at business development skills with clients. He is such an incredible asset to your team and I don't know what I'd do without him.”

“We needed to have branded sashes for a conference and Everything Branded have gone above and beyond to help. Providing great visuals, listening to what we needed, and helping us to get a smaller batch printed with the supplier. We are now waiting to receive the sashes, hopefully they match the excellent service we've had with Sarah!”
