“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! These are products shipped from Hong Kong and the items were shipped to the wrong address because they supplied the carrier with the wrong information. They are unprofessional and unreasonable to work with. Our branded book lights were purchased as a gift and Everything Branded informed us they were not delivered because DHL chose to ship them to a "Random address of their choosing" and they have zero control over this. BEWARE. You will not get your items and they will not be shipped where they need to go. Terrible service. They will put you on hold and not call you back. Their "customer service" department will give you bot-like responses and tell you they cannot work with you any more. You've been warned.”

“Georgia Wilson in Customer services was excellent, extremely informative and very patient (I constantly kept changing the order!). Products arrived when Georgia said they would and then quality of them is very good. Georgia is clearly a real asset to this company.”

“We ordered some branded mugs for our staff Christmas gifts this year. Ryan Westley dealt with the order which was simple to organise The Mugs arrived REALLY quickly and look absolutely great - looking forward to handing them out on Christmas Eve”

“I found the comminication and service to be excellent. Barnabas kept in contact about the details and quote for the water bottles that I was enquiring about and this led to an order being placed and fast delivery of the product for our football team. I have since started making enquiries about pens for another group I am involved with and again, the communication has been excellent. I shall be using this company again in the future.”

“We were really pressed for time to get some branded items for an event, and the team worked with us to establish what could be done even though the only file with our logo I had was poor quality. In the end, we had a lovely product everyone was very happy with, delivered on time and within budget.”
