“I ordered a single sample item 5th June, heard nothing, chased up twice, fobbed off with 'will pass on to sales' phoned 17th June and only after persistence told the item is not sold by Everything Branded and they would look at refunding my money. At no point did anyone get back to me, despite promises. Absolute waste of space, try someone else.”

“Normaliya Mocado is poor at communication and is very misleading. If you are speaking to her, consider changing your contact unless you're happy not knowing anything that's going on. Did not listen, did not give updates and does not take accountability.”
