“Lovely soft snug and comfortable Yesmeena bra which arrived quickly. I wore it for 2 days post surgery, my wounds bled onto it and I laundered it. The zip will not do up. Customer Service say its my fault for laundering it at 30degrees - it doesn't say this on the website when you order it, but apparently it should be hand washed in cold water. Its marketed as a first stage post surgery bra, how on earth are you going to keep it clean and stain free hand washing in cold water? And what kind of zip cant cope with a 30 degree delicates wash? Surely its not fit for purpose? Customer Service have blanked me, no discussion, will not answer my questions...”

“I bought the scar gel alongside a few other items which were great. However the scar gel was very difficult to squeeze out of the tube and hardly comes out which was very disappointing for the price of it.”
