Following my review and your reply. I did check my junk folder but no emails from yourselves. Also before placing my order I spoke on the phone and discussed what size I under but and colours and w not told ite was out of stock.

Staff were friendly when I called to discuss sizing. Postage takes ages and no communication re your order or delivery once you placed the order. (I made sure I took a print of screen once ordered) otherwise I would of had no details until ordered arrived a week & half after ordering. I did send an enquiry as to where was my order - which I had no response. Am not looking forward to returning if it was this difficult to order, can only imagine how the return will work. In my opinion very disappointed and very expensive.

Dear Karen Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you found our staff to be friendly. Unfortunately it seems that you have not been receiving our emails though. A confirmation email is sent automatically to confirm your order on the day you place it, but we also personally sent you an email around an hour after you ordered to advise that your colour choices were out of stock, but to offer an alternative colour option. We also emailed you when you contacted us again a week later. We are very sorry that you did not receive the messages, it may be worth checking your junk/spam box in case they went straight there. When items are in stock they are usually received within 48 hours, often next day - it was just unfortunate that your choices were out of stock. We process returns on the same day they are received and so can ensure you will not have a problem with this. Kind Regards Customer Services Team

Finally got my order the day before my surgery after over a week of waiting and several emails. When I opened it one of the items was completely incorrect, but kept it anyways as I was fed up of fighting and just want to spend time recovering from surgery. Shame as the order that was correct, the post surgical bra, was very good and I’d like to order more but the service was abysmal.

Thank you for your review Lina, but we are surprised to hear that you are unhappy with our service. You contacted us a couple of days after placing your order to find out when it would arrive and we advised immediately that it had already been dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service and so you should expect it imminently. As we heard no more from you, we took it that it had been received as expected. However you contacted us nearly a week later to advise that it had not arrived. We were very sorry to hear that Royal Mail had not delivered as expected, so we apologised profusely and offered to send you a replacement order on special express delivery. But you came back to advise that the parcel had just arrived and so this would not be necessary, though you were appreciative of the offer. Once again we are very sorry that on this rare occasion Royal Mail did not deliver as quickly as they should have, but we feel we did everything we could to rectify the situation as soon as we were made aware. We have also looked over your order and cannot see what was incorrect, as far as we can tell we sent exactly what you ordered. But if you could advise further on this we will of course investigate. The website offered nobchoice of post surgical bra, there was no detail about the type of surgery, breast size etc it was suitable for. The post surgical bra was not suitable for post op lumpectomy, it just flattened and offered no support to either operated breast or non operated breast. Was very expensive for just stretch nylon. Structured workout bras offer much better support and value and are breathable.

Bra zip was broken Replacement wasn’t sent out until I’d already returned my purchase which left me with no bra post surgery - very disappointing
