“The knee support did not fit, therefore I sent it back. I did not realise you had to fill in a form online to request to return. I emailed explaining. The item has been received by yourselves and signed for on 5th December. I have emailed you 3 times and no response. There is not the option to phone. The customer service is non existent. I don't recommend purchasing from this company”

“It took me a long time to decide on which knee brace to buy. After researching several web pages I opted for Essential Wellness. I placed my order and it was delivered just two days later by RoyalMail. I had to watch the video of how to put the brace on because when unpacked and all the straps released it brace is akin to an octopus. I have worn the brace for several days, leaving it in place for a bit longer each day. I am now used to the brace and can wear it all day. I have found that fitting the brace high on the kneecap is the most comfortable, especially when sitting. All in all a good product. I would have given a 5 star rating. I did ask a question by e-mail and did not get a reply. Customer service is important. MJB”

“I bought a knee brace from this company. Unfortunately, it did not fit. They did not respond to any of my emails so I returned the knee brace as per the sheet of A4 that was included with the paperwork along with the knee brace. I have still yet to receive any response, acknowledgement or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”
