“The knee brace is good but it could have been better if it was wider. It fits ok around the knee but above the knee doesn't feel as comfortable or secure, having me pull it up to feel comfortable.”

“I bought a knee strap for my elderly father but it wasn't suitable, I returned it and got a prompt refund. I would have given 5 stars but I sent 2 emails to the company advising of the return and never received any reply.”

“It took me a long time to decide on which knee brace to buy. After researching several web pages I opted for Essential Wellness. I placed my order and it was delivered just two days later by RoyalMail. I had to watch the video of how to put the brace on because when unpacked and all the straps released it brace is akin to an octopus. I have worn the brace for several days, leaving it in place for a bit longer each day. I am now used to the brace and can wear it all day. I have found that fitting the brace high on the kneecap is the most comfortable, especially when sitting. All in all a good product. I would have given a 5 star rating. I did ask a question by e-mail and did not get a reply. Customer service is important. MJB”

“Before I bought my knee support it was hard to walk more than a few yards without stopping. With the support it makes it much easier and i don't limp as much. Went out tonight without the support and my knee feels much better. This is after just two weeks.”
