“The Ankle brace is really annoying, was told to get this type, it takes 10 mins to get on and 10 mins to take off. They was it’s made isn’t the best.”

“I haven’t used a knee pillow before so wasn’t sure what to expect. It does take a bit of getting used to but I’m persevering and feel that it is helping to relieve the pain in my right knee and my back. I was rather disappointed at the time it took for the item to arrive and with the fact that Essential Wellness did not respond to the email I sent them asking when I could expect it. I couldn’t track the item via the Shop app as there was no tracking number. The company needs to do better with its customer service. The 3 stars is more for the product.”
