I've been waiting to here for a long time for you to reply when I sent the 2 back because the first one is to big so when I got the other two I sent back to your address by post to ask why I have not got tha x 2 what I asked for.then I here nothing. I have got post papers here. Please answer. Marilyn Edwards 2 William kett. Nr1 4FD.

The knee support did not fit, therefore I sent it back. I did not realise you had to fill in a form online to request to return. I emailed explaining. The item has been received by yourselves and signed for on 5th December. I have emailed you 3 times and no response. There is not the option to phone. The customer service is non existent. I don't recommend purchasing from this company

I bought a knee brace from this company. Unfortunately, it did not fit. They did not respond to any of my emails so I returned the knee brace as per the sheet of A4 that was included with the paperwork along with the knee brace. I have still yet to receive any response, acknowledgement or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am disappointed that I am trying to return an item to be exchanged for a different size and despite emailing and completing the contact form no one has replied. The return address on the website is different to the one that came on the piece of paper in the parcel and I am hugely frustrated that I current have spent nearly £30 on something that is too small and no one will reply to my contact to help. Very Disappointing

I received a knee brace which did not fit. As advertised I returned it paying £7.95 as you did not cover the return postage or supply a code This was signed for and delivered the following day, I have received no communication from you regarding the return or the refund and am honestly angry that it cost me so much to return what I would describe a felt flimsy kneenpad

Hello Maureen, we are mortified to hear that you didn't receive your order. We have confirmation from Royal Mail that it was delivered. However, that is the extent of the information we receive from them. Please check with neighbours and in your safe spaces around the outside of your home. Not happy I have emailed twice and.no reply. I wished to explain my reason for return and ask whether there was a smaller size but no one has bothered to reply. The knee cushion I received was more for a man. I am a small lady. I have had to pay £4 69 to return this item.
