“The installer was on time, explained everything in a simple manner, left no mess and did a fantastic job. The charger works perfectly and the app is very simple, some added functionality where it ties into the car (the live start and end charge levels of the vehicle) would be great but I have the dedicated car app for that so all in all extremely happy. “The installer phoned at 8 to say he would arrive about 9. He arrived at 9. We discussed the installation options and agreed on a solution. He then installed the equipment and cables. On completion, he explained what he had done, how it worked and helped me install the app. We then connected the car to see it charging and the app working. He swept the area before leaving. This was a very professional installation.”

“I paid for an Eo charger but the installer turned up with one that says octopus energy in huge letters. Doesn’t look as nice as what I bought. No I’m not with octopus energy. The installer just said he brought the wrong one. And he travelled over 100 miles he said. Would be good to check products before loading the van. So lost one star. The app is awful - if it was the year 2006 and apps were a new thing to us I would be more forgiving but really in this day and age the app gets you zero stars and fails the whole product - lucky for you one star is minimum to write the review. Sort the app out and get good installers and would be a 5 star product.”

“We had 4 x EV chargers fitted just over a year ago at our office car park. Really fantastic and knowledgeable team arranged all the installation and they work well and remain in perfect condition. Had the pleasure of needing to speak with Nicholas in the Tech Support team and he arranged a software and firmware upgrade on on the EV chargers - he called me back, made sure it was all working and talked me through some of the additional features and functions on the portal - outstanding and pro-active support for Nicholas and this company - couldn't recommend him/them highly enough :-)”

“Great purchase experience, Edward R from EO kept in touch all the way through from initial enquiry to the day if installation. The lads that EO used are a third party company that EO has enlisted in my area for their installations. They are called Energise EV ltd, I cannot fault their work and they were on time and finished the work ahead of schedule. Only thing I could probably fault is that they didn't give me much help on the EO app that pretty much runs everything on the Mini Pro 2 charger. Luckily, I'm pretty switched on with things and worked it out easily myself. Also, as EO use sub contractors, the service you get will depend on that particular contractor?”
