All of our pewter products are handmade in the world famous manufacturing city of Sheffield. For centuries Sheffield has been synonymous with quality manufacturing. “The glass is beautiful but I was very disappointed the engraving I paid for was on the glass. Last time I bought one, the engraving was on the metal at the bottom and it looked much nicer.”

Hello Emma, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with your tumbler. The engraving service we provide is on the actual glass, this is mentioned on the description of the product. “The Stag whiskey tumblers are of superb quality and exquisite design and I would highly recommend the company on provision and service.
