“Prior to Christmas I was looking for a watch and cuff link storage case for my husband and I came across the English Pewter Company. The website was easy to use with the exception of it wouldn’t allow me to pay for my online purchase using my PayPal account but I used my card instead.”

“I ordered a pewter wine bottle coaster for a Christmas present. It arrived beautifully presented in a specially made casket box together with a cleaning cloth. So practical and the coaster beautifully made. The recipient was delighted.”

“Stunning. Gift wrapped perfectly and the details were beautiful- from the personalisation to the finishes which made it look very luxurious. My husband was elated opening this on Christmas. Isn’t noisy and can hold up to five watches, with two being wound. It is much bigger than I thought but amazing quality.”

“Delivery never arrived, still waiting. Delivery person did not leave a note, we still have no idea how to retrieve the package. Christmas gift ruined.”

“Items were delivered quickly and are lovely - are exactly as advertised and good solid weighty whisky tumblers with a classy looking band of pewter around the base. A lovely present for a whisky drinker to receive!”

“Absolutely lovely glass. Very good quality. I had a problem where my order was delivered to an incorrect address. I contacted English Pewter Company who resolved the problem on the same day and arranged for the delivery company to correct their mistake. I'm very grateful for this and will definitely be ordering again.”

“Disappointed! This flask was for a grandson's 21st birthday, it arrived in a most timely manner, but when he opened it on his December 15th birthday, there was no engraving as ordered - Cyrus A. Vella. We would like to return it for the engraving - please advise. As the purchaser, my name is Dawnna McDougall, NOT Dawnna Vella as on the invoice - ???”

“The delivery of the items were very fast and all carefully and beautifully packaged. Only issue I had was that I shopped from the English Pewter company website and paid £4.99 for delivery. The same items were available on Amazon for the same price under Prime delivery. So I was bit disappointed that I paid nearly £5 more for my shipping when I could have got it for free on Amazon.”

“I made a mistake with some initials I wanted engraving. I emailed the company and they were able to change it no hassle. I had the gift wrapping service included and it is very nicely presented. The perfect Christmas present.”
