All of our pewter products are handmade in the world famous manufacturing city of Sheffield. For centuries Sheffield has been synonymous with quality manufacturing. “Top-quality product and packing, although beware do not make a spelling mistake as I did as they will not give any money off /discount on any subsequent purchase to rectify Over wise all good.”

“Order done on the 25th December. Parcel got stuck in custom office in Spain because they didn't receive the parcel with the appropriate documentation to pass the frontier. I informed the company of the issue on the 07/01/22. Parcel retained till I gave up of waiting for the company to provide the documents needed and asked custom office to send it back to the sender and cancel the order and ask for a refund on the 10/02/22. Custom office reliesed the parcel the 27/02/22. Even though I inform English Pewter of the situation and asked for a refund on 10/02/22 they didn't do it and I have to send them another email the 01/03/22 asking again for the refund. Today, 03/03/22 I received the money back. It is the worst service I had online.”

Hello Miriam, We’re sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We are committed to providing great customer service along with great gifts. We did receive your parcel back on 4th March and all the correct documentation that Royal Mail require was attached to the package so I can only apologise that there was a delivery issue, this should not have been the case. Refunds would normally be issued once the parcel is returned to us, however, as the parcel was returned, through no fault of your own, we issued a refund to you immediately once we received notification that the parcel had landed back in the UK. “This is the second monogrammed glass I have bought from this company. Both as rum glasses and both gratefully received! They are simple but stylish and enough to make them personalised without being too itemised. Will certainly buy again as now my go to birthday glass!”
